Stockpile Saturdays

A place where I can share a picture from my awesome Couponing Stockpile each Saturday. Couponing is a big part of my life and I'm very proud of everything I've collected! I am an Extreme Couponer meaning I do have quantities of items that may seem unreasonable to some people.

For this Saturday I thought I would show all of you my soup! I have 37 cans of Soup, 3 cans of Progresso Recipe Starters and 18 cans of Chef Boyardee & Spaghettios.

My  Soup!
I have my soup in a tub in the middle of our living room. Babe use to take a can of soup or Chef Boyardee everyday for work until about a few months ago when he decided to start eating healthier meals for Breakfast & Lunch. I'm happy he wants to eat healthier but I'm annoyed because we have different opinions on how much food is enough food. I personally feel he needs to eat more than a Banana for Breakfast. He's a bigger guy and he needs more energy and such than some people.

Anyways I bought all of the Campbell's Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup (the soup on the bottom of the picture) for $0.50-$0.75 each at Wegmans. If I can get a can of soup for a $1.00 or less I am a happy camper.

Before Couponing I only liked and bought two kinds of Chicken Noodle Soup. Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle Soup and the Chicken Noodle Soup you get a Friendly's. Now I've branched out to Campbell's Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. Which probably doesn't seem like much of a difference but I am very stubborn and it is very hard to get me to change my ways. Even when it comes to eating different soup. Slowly but surely I am changing my ways and using different products.

I can't wait to show you more of my Stockpile next week!

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

Workout Wednesdays

Workout Wednesdays are meant to give myself some inspiration and ideas for working out during the week! I'm trying to become a healthier person one step at a time! One Workout at a time.

Babe, R & I have decided to make Tuesdays Swimming Day so we have to go swimming if the weather is nice. Yesterday the water was pretty cool and I was the only one who actively swam around and across the pool. I definitely felt the burn in my arms. We have also made Thursdays Workout Day. That's not to say we can't swim or workout on other days too just that we gotta get our butts actually moving on Tuesdays & Thursdays. It's also a start if we're able to keep up with it maybe we'll be able to branch out to more days.

For this week's workout inspiration I took to Pinterest (of course). I came across these One Song Workouts on BuzzFeed. The One Song Workout for "I Love It" by Icona Pop will be the workout I will be trying this week. I probably won't be able to do all of the exercises they suggest as I am out of shape but I will do what I can!

I love listening to music while I exercise so I'm very excited to try this workout. I also love this song! Saying I'm excited to workout probably isn't a statement you will be hearing from me very often! If I'm able to do this workout I'll have to consider trying the other songs they suggest. "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore is another workout I would be willing to try.

Here's some Motivational words to help me through my journey to becoming a healthier person:

That is certainly something I would love to achieve in the future! One step at a time though. I just need to keep reminding myself that!!

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

All About Me Monday: Week 2

I thought I could take some time each Monday and tell all of you something about myself. When I run out of things to tell you about myself I'll move on to someone else. Though we don't have to worry about that for a long time as I am one interesting & awesome person!

This week we I'm going to tell you about Plants and my green thumb. I love having Plants around our apartment. It makes me feel more at home and closer to my family because we always had Plants around the house growing up. I do not in fact have a green thumb despite what I like to tell myself. I have killed Plants before so I try a lot harder this time around to keep them alive! I also name all of my Plants! They all have names and no some of them aren't very clever. Here are my Plants:

Cucuy (Q-ki) & Mater
Fern
Billy Bob, Bambi, Petunia & Fern

Lily
I've always wanted to grow vegetables and this year I'm actually doing it or at least trying to. I just gave my Cucumber & Tomato Plants names tonight. Cucuy pronounced as Q-Ki for the Cucumber Plant and Mater for the Tomato Plant. As I told you before I'm not very clever with the names. I try to be clever but I don't think it comes across that way. Neither Babe nor I are quite sure what type of Plant Fern is other than it isn't a Fern. Then there's Billy Bob he's a palm tree and he's a baby from my favorite Plant Bob who my Dad got before I was born. If I had the room I would have Bob too but he's pretty big. Bambi is my Bamboo Plant which I am lucky to be alive because my Mom/sister knocked it over on accident and nearly killed it. Lily & Petunia are Bromelaids that I recently got to add more color to our collection. I also have two other Plants but they are outside & they don't have names. My Dad named our Plants when I was growing up and now I do it too.

At my Mom's house I have a Christmas Cactus named Carl, another Plant that I call Harold the Not-So-Hosta (it isn't a Hosta but that's what it looks like to me), another Palm Tree named Robertaleto. First I named in Roberto then changed it to Roberta when it flowered and then to Robertaleto when I decided it didn't have to have a Girl's name just because it flowered. I also had an Aloe plant named Al but I don't think it is still alive. I hope to one day have all of my Plants with me.

I can't wait to add more plants to our collection and name them too!!

Do you name your Plants?

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

Happy Memorial Day

Thank you to the Men & Women who have fought for our country! I greatly appreciate your sacrifices!! You have not been forgotten!

Babe & I hitched a ride with R on Sunday and drove to their parents house. They were having a BBQ for Memorial Day and needed our help with some yard work. The work they had all of us do was a lot. Babe was tasked with using chainsaw to cut a butt ton of sticks and logs. R handled the weed whacker. They both helped me with my task of pulling all weeds out from in between the stone on their patio. It took all afternoon.

Despite all the hard work the BBQ Party definitely made it worth it. I love food and Carol feeds me when I come to their house. We got some yummy food today. They had Ribs, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Corn on the Cob, Salt Potatoes, Clams and a bunch of food I don't like such as Baked Beans & Fruit Salad. I do like Fruit Salad but this particular one was too mushy for me! We even got to take half of the Ribs home with us!! Yummy!! I can't wait to have those leftovers!

Also for whatever reason I have been getting a lot of splinters lately! I had one on my foot Sunday morning that Babe gutted out for me and Sunday night Babe's Mom got one out of left had. I also got one today too that is still in the thumb on my right hand.

This Memorial Day was a lot of fun! I'm hoping next year we'll be able to go to the Parade near my Mom's house. We've gone nearly every year and we always have a blast! One year the people walking in the parade threw candy into the crowd and hit an elderly woman and she started bleeding. Now they walk the candy up to the children or throw it a lot softer. There was another year where a car's brakes went out and it couldn't stop. Thankfully no one got hurt!

My point is Memorial Day has always been a fun time to spend with my family! I look forward to making more memories with them in the future!

How did you spend the Holiday?

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

Nailed It!

Nailed It! Is a post where I indulge in my Pinterest Addiction and pick something I've pinned or just love from Pinterest and I try to make it. It doesn't have to be something I pick. If any of you have any suggestions for me I would love to hear them!

I thought I would start with something easy that I had been meaning to make for awhile but never got around to. A DIY Garbage Disposal Cleaner! We use our Garbage Disposal frequently and it has developed a funky smell.

I found a pin for Garbage Disposal Cleaning & pinned it to my Cleaning Tips board.

The pin said:

How to Clean Garbage Disposal: Just lemons and vinegar. 1) Slice your lemons and put a piece in each ice cube mold. 2) Then fill each with vinegar. Do not dilute it. 3) Freeze the trays. 4) Store frozen cubes in gallon-sized freezer bags.

The Process:
The Ingredients
Lemon Cut & Vinegar Added
The Frozen Product
Prior to Slice & Dice
The only thing I had to buy for this project was the Lemons as we don't regularly buy them. I'll probably use the leftover 1 1/2 Lemons to make Lemon Bars which sound really yummy! To start the project I got out a cutting board, a big knife, the lemons, some white vinegar & an ice cube tray. I cut one of the Lemons in half & put one piece in each slot in the ice cube tray. Then I filled the tray with White Vinegar. Once the Tray was filled I popped it into the Freezer. Several hours later I grabbed out the Tray and popped 4 cubes out and placed them in my sink. I don't know why but the noise made from the ice being crushed when I ran my disposal surprised me. I guess I wasn't expecting it to be that loud! It's only been about half an hour since I used the cubes but the disposal still smells nice! Hopefully it'll stay that way for many uses still to come. In case it does start to smell again I've got more cubes! There was no mention of how many cubes you should use on your disposal I used 4 because it seemed like a good number. The leftovers get put in a gallon sized bag and left in the freezer.

Babe hasn't said anything but I know he's not thrilled with this project as he detests Vinegar. He hates the taste and the smell of it. Though there are foods that have Vinegar in it that he will eat like Hellman's Mayo. One of my favorite things about Babe is that he hates Ketchup! Do you know how hard it is to find someone that also hates Ketchup?
Anyways I'll find out his true thoughts when he opens the freezer & all he can smell is Vinegar. I can hear the complaints already!

The Verdict:
I definitely Nailed this project!

What should I try to Nail next?

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

Stockpile Saturdays

I've been trying to come up with more things for me to do with my blog. So I thought I would try a Stockpile Saturday Post in which I share a picture of my Couponing Stockpile with everyone each Saturday. Couponing is a big part of my life. Sometimes it's too big of a part and I am realizing I need to separate myself from it more. I'm so proud of my stockpile and I always love to show it off!! Before I share my picture let me state that I am an Extreme Couponer meaning I do have quantities of items that may seem unreasonable to some people.

I coupon not only because I love it but because I am unemployed and my boyfriend pays for our food and such. I love helping him and the rest of my family save money!
I keep the majority of my stockpile in a walk-in closet in our apartment that I call my "Closet of Doom"! I call it that because it's my closet & I can call it what I want! So there! :P

My Shampoo & Conditioner Stock
This is the majority of the Shampoo & Conditioner from my stockpile. 101 of my 122 bottles of Shampoo & Conditioner. I have several different brands like Herbal Essence, Suave, Vo5 and Pantene to name a few. I know 122 bottles sounds insane and I could try and justify it by saying I supply my Mom, my sister and my Dad with hair care products but in all honesty I don't need to justify myself to anyone!! If you don't like it don't read anymore or don't own that many bottles.

One of the things I love about couponing is that it opens your eyes to brands you never would have tried before. Before I started couponing I only used Vo5 or Suave because they were cheap and that's what my Mom bought. 67 bottles of the Herbal Essence were Free from a sale Wegmans had around October 2013. Not only was it free but Herbal Essence smells great!

I can't wait to show you more of my stockpile! That is how proud I am of it! I already know what I want to show you next week!

Do you coupon? Do you have an awesome stockpile?

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

Tie Dye: Batch 2

I had originally meant to post this on the weekend but my second batch of Tie Dye wasn't nearly as good of an experience as the first. So I wasn't as eager to relive it as much as I was for the first batch. I did most of the work myself this time around. Rubber banding 9 shirts while I was watching Grey's Anatomy on Netflix. We only needed one shirt for A but me being me saw it as an opportunity to dye a bunch of shirts. So I bought 1 medium shirt for A and a 8 pack of Hanes XL Men's Shirts. Looking back I realize I took on too much. I tried to dye all the shirts by myself and realized not only does the dye not want to get on the dry shirts it just beaded off--we soaked the first batch in Soda Ash Mixture & this batch did not have that mixture--but that I don't have enough dye.
I am a very easily frustrated person ** I don't handle frustration well. It can lead to yelling, crying or occasional throwing of things.** I was frustrated the entire time I was dying the shirts so much so that I asked/demanded that Babe help me. He's convinced that he only makes ugly brown shirts when he Tie Dyes so he never does it. With Babe's reluctant help we were able to finish 6 of the 9 shirts and I also got to do 2 washcloths. I'm considering using a throw in the washer dye for the other 3 shirts. The first shirt Babe dyed did not have enough dye in my opinion and made me even more frustrated. I tried not to yell at him about it because he was helping me and I needed him. After his first shirt he got the idea to soak the shirts in water because he thought the dye would stick better to a wet shirt like it did last time. It did stick better and so we soaked most of the rest of the shirts. Even the ones we didn't end up using it was a pain in the butt trying to dry them.
After all the dyed shirts and washcloths sat over night it was time to untie and rinse them out. The rinsing out is very repetitive, boring and something I dread. So I procrastinated for as long as possible. After watching several episodes of Grey's Anatomy I finally worked up the energy and ambition to finish the shirts. Here's the process:

All the shirts tied up!
The Dye I used
All shirts before I untied them
I always go overboard when it comes to tying the shirts. I just want them all to come out so awesome!! I used two 3 packs of Tulip Dye (we used a different brand of Dye on the first batch Jacquard I think it was). I used the Paradise Punch Pack that included Purple, Fuchsia and Teal. I also used the Moody Blues Pack which included Blue, Green & Turquoise. Each pack was supposed to dye 9 projects but it didn't work out that way for me. Despite the kits not dying as many projects as I would have liked I am still happy with the outcome of the shirts. The Soda Ash Mixture probably would have helped but my Walmart was sold out.
**Warning Prepare for Picture Overload!! I just couldn't decide which shirts I should show you so I chose them all!!**
The Shirt I dyed for my Mom
The 1st shirt Babe dyed
A's Shirt
The 2nd Shirt Babe dyed
My Favorite Shirt
My 2nd Favorite Shirt (the front)
My 2nd Favorite Shirt (the back)
The Washcloths
Hanging All the Shirts to dry

My Mom told me that if I found myself with a shirt that purple in it she would gladly take it off my hands. So I did a swirl tie dyed shirt with tons of purple, pink and teal for her. I hope she likes it! The 1st shirt Babe dyed came out pretty good despite not having a lot of dye on it. Too much white for me but still good. A's shirt came out really nice though I'm still terrified she'll hate it and if she does I already have plans to give it by Best Friend Missy who I know will wear it and also fits into a medium shirt. A's shirt is the only shirt other than my mom's that held it's dye really well after I washed it. All the rest faded. The 2nd shirt Babe dyed came out well. I wanted a blue swirl so that I had a swirl shirt from each dye pack. My Favorite shirt looks like there is a Hamster & a piece of cheese in the stomach and a pink thong with an upside down heart on it at the bottom of the shirt. My 2nd favorite shirt on the back looks as though it has a dog howling in Blue dye on the right side of the shirt. I love when you can find things like that. I don't know what it's called making something out of nothing maybe? Whatever it is called I would compare it to seeing things in the clouds. The Washcloths came out nicely. I didn't have enough dye for another shirt so I used so white washcloths I had laying around. I already have a bunch of tie dyed washcloths but none with purple, fuchsia or blue in them. And lastly is all the shirts hanging out to dry after they have been washed.
I have had my fill of Tie Dye for a while. When I do Tie Dye again though I hope it isn't as frustrating as this batch was.

Have you tapped into your creative side lately?

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

All About Me Monday: Week 1

I thought I could take some time each Monday and tell all of you something about myself. When I run out of things to tell you about myself I'll move on to someone else. Though we don't have to worry about that for a long time as I am one interesting & awesome person!
This week I'm going to tell you all about my love for Pigs. I love Pigs & I collect all things pig! I also know March 1st is National Pig Day. I don't always remember to celebrate it though. Maybe next year I can make cupcakes or the Pigs Swimming in Chocolate Kit Kat Barrel Cake I found on Pinterest:
Pigs Swimming in Chocolate Kit Kat Barrel Cake
**Picture is from Pinterest**
I've been collecting pig stuff for years and years. I have/had a Pig Trash Can Cover and yes something like that really does exist. I also have/had a Piggy Bulletin Board and I own nearly every Pig T.Y. Beanie Baby there is. One of my pig stuffed animals sings Old McDonald had a Farm when you squeeze it. I also have Piggy Slippers. Thankfully they don't oink whenever I walk because that would drive me crazy!

Piggy Slippers

Before I get into my Piggy Bank collection I wanted to show you some of my other Pig stuff.

An Awesome Shirt my Mom got for me in Kanas City, MO
Vibrating Pig Pillow
Easter Bunny Pig Dog Toy
Priscilla the Fancy Pig
My Mom got me this awesome "I Like Pig Butts & I Cannot Lie" Shirt when she went to Kanas City, MO last week for Business. I have two of these Vibrating Pig Pillows my mom gave me one for Christmas and the following year my sister, Sarah gave me another one. No problem the more the merrier. Babe's Mom, Carol has given me several piggy banks and pig stuff over the years. The Easter Bunny Pig Dog Toy was one of the first ones she gave me and it even squeaks. I gave it to Bernie for her dog Henry Buggins shortly after she got him. He gets a lot more use out of it than I would have plus its one of his only toys he hasn't torn to pieces. Carol gave me this pig for Christmas 2012 we only named her Priscilla last night before that she didn't really have a name I just called her the Fancy Pig. I have a lot of other pig stuff like a timer, a bobble head (Carol gave it to me), several shirts, figurines and of course Piggy Banks!!
I collect Piggy Banks of all kinds. I'm also currently working on my State Piggy Bank collection I want to have a Pig Bank from every state in the U.S.! I started my state piggy bank collection years ago when I went to the Central Square Apple Festival with my family. Someone there was selling a whole bunch of piggy banks and I bought them all. Among the banks I bought were a I <3 Florida, a Missouri bank, a Massachusetts bank that had all the parts of the pig labeled Chop, Butt & etc., one from TN as well as a few other banks. Since I started my collection I've added several NY banks, more MA banks, as well as more FL banks, one from CA,  several from NC including a soft stuffed-animal-like piggy bank, one from SC and probably a few others. I only have half of my collection with me the rest is in a box in the basement at my Mom's house. Here are some of my piggy banks:

Piggy Bank Collection Picture 1
Piggy Bank Collection Picture 2
Octopus & Shark Banks from Outer Banks, NC
Piggy Bank my Dad had made for me (side 1)
side 2
These are the Piggy Banks and I suppose the regular banks though I just call them all Piggy Banks whether they are a Pig or not that I have at our place. The bug eyed green bank and the top hat bank on the right side of Picture 1 are both from Old Navy. I love the banks they come out with I even have some from back when the openings of the banks were the nose and you had to twist them off. The Duck bank is my newest addition my sister gave it to me for my birthday. The Octopus & the Shark are two of my favorites they are so unique & cool! And last but not least is the bank my Dad had made for my birthday last year. I told him I didn't have any piggy banks that actually had pigs on them and it has dogs on them to because I love dogs. I even have one from Paris that my college roommate gave to me.
If I ever bring the rest of my collection up from my Mom's house I'll do another post to show off the rest of my awesome piggy banks!

Do you collect anything?

Until Next time! Stay Beautiful :)

Tie Dye

Every other year Babe's family goes on vacation. This year we're going to Cape Cod at the beginning of June. I've never been there before so I'm very excited!! In 2012 we all went to Outer Banks, NC. I loved it so much that I have decided that if I were to ever come in to an awful lot of money I will be buying a home down there! Simply Gorgeous!! For this year's trip I thought it would be really cool to Tie Dye shirts for each of us to wear. So on Friday R's girlfriend Bernie helped me Tie Dye the shirts. I love Tie Dying and it was so much fun having someone else to do it with!!

The Prep
All Tied Up
Dying the Shirts
Finished Dying Now We Wait!
There was supposed to be 7 people going on this year's trip. It was supposed to Babe, his brother R, their other brother M, his parents Mr. F & Carol and the girlfriends Bernie (R's girlfriend) and myself. We Tie Dyed 7 shirts for the 7 people coming. Carol came up on Saturday to go out to lunch with us in Celebration of Mother's Day!  We went out to lunch at Olive Garden it was very nice. Except I forgot to order Dessert! HOW COULD I? I love their Lemon Cream Cake!!! So much so in fact that I always try to get my Gramma to let me order two whenever we go! Mad Lemon Cream Cake Love aside when Carol came up she told us M has a girlfriend named A that will be coming with us. She told us this AFTER we had Dyed all 7 of the shirts already! I almost bought an 8th shirt just in case this were to happen but Babe told me that if M were to bring someone then that person would have to bring their own shirt. After I got over my frustrations at this new development I realized that this isn't a problem it's an opportunity! I don't HAVE to Tie Dye more shirts I GET to! Why Tie Dye only one more shirt when I could use it as an excuse to Tie Dye a whole bunch of shirts! **I'm currently in the process of Tying Up the new batch of shirts. New post when I'm done!** The first batch came out really nice! Bernie Dyed 4 of the 7 shirts as she Ties them faster than I do. Here's how the 3 shirts I Tie Dyed came out:

Shirt 1
Shirt 2
Shirt 3 Front
Shirt 3 Back
The other 4 Shirts that Bernie did came out awesome too! But I didn't want to blow up the post with too many more pictures so I'm going to post all of the rest on Facebook! I'm not quite sure which one I'm going to wear. I may end up choosing one from the new batch instead. I do have front and back pictures of most of the shirts. I included both for Shirt 3 because I Dyed one side of the shirt (the front) mainly Red & Orange and the back is mainly Blue, Dark Blue, Green and Purple. Shirt 3 is the shirt I made with Babe in mind! I think he'll look really good in this shirt!

I have fabric Markers so we can each write Cape Cod 2014 on our shirts. I'm just going to bring the markers with me so that each person can decide wear they want to write it. I personally will probably go with my sleeve. That way I know which trip it's from but I can still wear it wherever I want. Bernie is thinking of writing her's on the chest of her shirt.

Have you ever had any Tie Dying Fun?

Until Next Time! Stay Beautiful :)

My 23rd Birthday! Part 2

When we returned from Denny's back to our apartment Babe got ready for work and left. Leaving me to do whatever it is I do all day. People ask me all the time "What do you do all day?". How am I supposed to answer that? With the truth?
**Since I don't believe I included it in my first post I'll add it here. I'm unemployed and have been for nearly a year and a half. I've looked for work but not hard enough to actually find a job. My anxiety issues make it difficult for me to even imagine working again.**
Returning  to what I was saying before. I'm not even sure how to answer the "What do you do all day?"  question on most days but on my birthday I went to sleep! Sleeping wasn't what I had wanted to do. I had planned on walking Panera and enjoying some of their delicious Broccoli Cheddar Soup for lunch like I did last year on my birthday. But sleep is what I did do. I slept until 1 o'clock when my Mom called. She wished me a Happy Birthday and sang to me! There are only a few select people in our family that have any musical talent at all and my Mom and I are not one of them! I love when she sings to me though! It never fails to bring a smile to my face. My mom lives over 100 miles away so I was really happy she called! I was coming home the next day to visit her but whatever. The call was still special!! After I got off the phone with my mom I got on the computer. I surfed the net, entered some giveaways and chatted with one of my friends on Facebook.

Happy Birthday Sam! **Photo Credit to Google**

This was one of the first things I saw on my Birthday! Even Google was wishing me a Happy Birthday! Now I know that I'm not the only person Google did this to. One of my friends burst my bubble when I posted about it on Facebook! But man did I feel special when saw it! I was like "OH MAN!! OH MAN! OH MAN!" I so badly want to wake Babe up and show him. But he gets grouchy when I wake him up when he's sleeping and tends to just talk to me in his sleep. "The Lemonade Account is down..." is what he said to me once. He says the strangest things but then again so do I!

I continued fiddling around on the computer until my sister Sarah and my Dad showed up. They came to visit me for my Birthday! They were leaving for a Cruise of the Caribbean the next day and wanted to get a jump start on their drive to Maryland to catch their ship. Visiting me isn't on the way! They had to back track at least an hour or so to come visit me.

This is one of the only pictures Sarah has posted on Facebook of their Cruise. I think its supposed to be a Pig made out of Towels wearing sunglasses. I love Pigs! They are my favorite animal! & this is so cool!! Thanks Sarah!

They got here around 4:30 pm and we hung out for an hour or so until we headed to dinner. My sister gave me a super cute Duck Piggy Bank! I collect piggy banks! Of course I would they're pig related! I also own nearly every TY Beanie Baby Pig  they have. Along with a Piggy Trash can cover and a bulletin board and yeah they really do make those things! My dad gave me an ISpy 3D game and $100 for my Birthday. He gave both my sister and I a The Message Bible which is written in today's English. No not text lingo though I'm sure that would make it even easier for some people to read. He had to order mine and it game in the mail a few days later. While we were waiting for 5:15 to come around I showed my Dad the deodorant I had been stocking up for him! Over 16 Old Spice Deodorants that I got for free with coupons. As well as the soda I stocked up for him. My sister was trying to load Apps up on his tablet and from what I could tell it wasn't going well. When it finally came time to drive to the restaurant I drove. My Dad doesn't not like other people driving his car and he's a horrible passenger. I wonder where I get that from? >_< I drove to the Texas Road House and both Sarah and my Dad said they were glad I drove. The highway was crazy though it was rush hour.

When we got to Texas Roadhouse I stood outside and waited for Babe who was meeting us there. He showed up about 5 minutes after we got there. Good timing on his part. We had an amazing Waitress! She was so nice and when I thought my potato was under cooked she got me a new one! Overall it was a very pleasant evening! That was until:

They made me get on the saddle while the restaurant shouted Happy Birthday!! and Yehaw!!  I had a great time but man was I embarrassed! After dinner my sister, my Dad and I went to Dairy Queen because when we passed by it on the drive out my sister asked if we could stop there afterwards. Neither Sarah nor I had never been to a Dairy Queen. It was interesting. She got a yummy Oreo milkshake. Both my Dad and I were too stuffed to get anything. While Sarah was enjoying her milkshake we played the Dot Game. Which I had just learned that evening that you can print off the Internet! Totally awesome! By the time you finish doing all the dots for the Dot Game you don't want to play it anymore. My dad and I played the Dot Game while we waiting for my sister to cross the stage at her High School Graduation.

We only played half of the sheet of paper and I still took us a long time to fill out! We started by doing five lines per a turn. Sarah was green, my Dad was red and I was black. Half way into the game I accidentally gave my Dad a massive collection of boxes so many in fact that his hand started to hurt while he was filling them in. So I took over filling them for him and wrote "WINNER" in his boxes. ** Spoiler Alert** I was right he did win! I called him winning a second time when I wrote "I TOLD YA SO!!!!" in his other boxes. My dad came in first with 127 boxes, I came in second with 108 boxes and Sarah came in last with 93 boxes.

They left shortly after we returned to the apartment. Before they left though I made sure to get as many hugs and kisses in as possible! My sister is not one to display her emotions unless it's anger! If she's angry with you you'll know it! I told Sarah on Facebook "I hope you know because it's my birthday I can hug you as much as I want and there is nothing you can do about it! NOTHING! IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN!! BE PREPARED! Hug Fest 2014"

I lived up to my promise and hugged her as she walked, made her take pictures with me, kissed her cheek and made her say she loves me! I seriously think she may outlaw hugging on her Birthday!

The rest of the evening was pretty relaxed though I was able to get the boys (Babe & his brother R) to play Phase 10 with me! It was an epic game! Babe was on Phase 10 while both R and I were on Phase 6 . We made a comeback and both got to Phase 10 before Babe could even get his last Phase. R ended up winning the game! It was my Birthday I should have won! Hmph!! :-P

On Monday we enjoyed my Birthday Pie! I don't like cake. So every year I get a frozen Banana Cream Pie from Marie Callender. I forgot to buy Birthday candles so we used regular candles. It's quite a sight actually. I'll have to add the picture later.
Happy 23rd Birthday to Me!
